教育经历

2006.09 – 2009.05: 美国约翰·霍普金斯大学 (Johns Hopkins University),化学与生物分子工程系;生物系,本科

2010.09 – 2015.11: 美国麻省理工学院 (Massachusetts Institute of Technology),生物工程系,博士

2017.08 – 2019.07: 新加坡国立大学 (National University of Singapore),商务分析(大数据;医疗卫生),在职硕士MSBA

 

科研工作经历

博士毕业后在新加坡科技研究局生物工程和纳米科技研究所任博士后2015-2017和科研员2017-2019),从事生物工程研究。加入bat365中文官方网站后任特聘教授、博士生导师。多年来结合免疫、肿瘤生物、材料工程和生物科技增强了CAR-T疗效,研发了新型癌症免疫疗法、疫苗和诊断工具。相关技术已在美国、中国、加拿大、欧洲、日本等国申请多项专利,并被美国癌症免疫疗法制药公司收购,成功转化,助力公司融资。基于相关技术的公司旗舰产品,正与默沙东公司合作在美国开展针对血液癌症和实体肿瘤的临床试验,并被美国药监局特批为快速通道项目。

 

研究方向

免疫工程(癌症免疫疗法、疫苗)、生物材料生物微环境响应递药系统、人工智能药物研发
